Job Title: Internal Sales / Customer Service

Outstanding career opportunity exists for enthusiastic hands on Internal Sales person in the Software and Electronics industry.

We are an importer and a market leader of ID Card related products in Australia located in St Leonards (North Sydney). We are currently seeking a self motivated Internal Sales person to join our growing & friendly team to perform general sales & office duties.

Your duties will include:-

•	Maintain & grow allocated accounts.
•	Answering telephone calls and liaising with clients.
•	Supporting sales team.
•	Entering & confirming sales orders.
•	Assistance with Sales Order Processing.
•	Sales and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:-

•	Experience in telephone sales.
•	Clear, fluent written and verbal communication skills.
•	Ability to fit-in as a friendly and helpful team member with a sense of humour.
•	Self Motivated.
•	To work with minimal supervision.
•	Practical thinking, use common sense.
•	Work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or flexible working hours.

Experience in Consumer Electronics and software Industry would be an advantage but not essential. The successful applicant will be offered attractive salary package. Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are an importer and a market leader of ID Card related products in Australia located in St Leonards (North Sydney). Ideally, the candidate would have experience in complex sales and also have a broader knowledge of the ID card technology market as a whole.

Your responsibility will include:-

•	To promote products and services to both new and existing customers and reseller partners.
•	To deliver both a high level of customer service and meet and exceed sales budgets.
•	To Identify and develop new business opportunities and provide high levels of service to existing and potential customers.
•	Attending various trade shows and events to promote our products and services.
•	Respond to complex tender documents.
•	Present to large gatherings of senior level people.

Requirements:-

•	Ability to interface and present to prospects at a senior level and perform consultative based selling.
•	Solid experience in a business development role with a proven track record of success in selling technology based enterprise solutions.
•	Ability to fit-in as a friendly and helpful team member with a sense of humour.
•	Demonstrate business development experience and strong relationship building skills, possess a passion for and knowledge of technology based products and services, and have a high degree of self-motivation.
•	To be able to travel interstate and live within reasonable commuting distance to St Leonards.
•	Some understanding of ID card and printing technology will be an advantage.
